Online Booking FAQ
On our Book Now page, you'll see all our lesson types listed. Scroll down to the instrument you're interested in, and click the photo or instrument description to show a list of available teachers.
If you don't have a specific teacher preference, select the first option ("Any Available") to see all possible times for that instrument. Select the date and time you like, then once you've paid, you'll see the teacher listed on your confirmation page!
If you do have a teacher preference, click the teacher's name to see their open times.
Our system shows in real time which spots are available, and you can log in anytime to see what times you currently have scheduled.
Right after you book your first lesson, the system will ask you to create an account. Please don't skip this step, or you won't be able to access your lessons online to reschedule them later if needed! (Your lessons will still be booked with us, but they won't be synced up to an account for you to view online.)
If you do somehow miss this step, look for the automatic confirmation email, which contains a link for you to create an account - then email our office and we'll sync up your lessons with your account.
Once that's done, be sure to log in with that same email address when you come back to book more lessons, and you'll always be able to view and reschedule all your lessons easily on this site!
As long as it’s at least 24 hours before lesson time, you can reschedule as many times as you need to! First, log in at the Book Now page to display all your currently booked lessons. The select the lesson you want to reschedule, pick a new date and time, and you’re done!
What if I don’t see my booked lessons?
If you don’t see any booked lessons on this page, first check to make sure you're logged in. If you are, then that likely means one of the following:
- You're logged in with a different email address than the one that was used to book the lessons, or...
- You weren’t logged in when you booked the lessons, so the lessons aren't linked to your account, or...
- You don’t have any lessons currently booked.
If you know you have lessons booked and you’re still not seeing them here, no worries! Just email us and we’ll get everything linked up.
Yes, easily! This online system allows you to book and pre-pay for multiple lessons at a time, but we also offer a monthly billing plan that keeps your same teacher and lesson time reserved every week permanently.
We recommend going through this system for the first lesson or two to decide on your favorite teachers and instruments, then once you're ready to reserve your spot, email the office and we'll set up monthly billing on our end. That way there's no chance of anyone else taking your lesson time, and you won't have to worry about booking your own lessons! (If you need to reschedule a lesson, though, you'll still be able to log in and do that here.)

If you have a makeup code, coupon or gift certificate code to enter, just go through the booking process normally, then when you reach the “Pay Now” button, click the button next to it that says “Redeem Coupon or Lesson Code.” Enter your code there, and you're done!
For students using Makeup Codes:
If you have a valid makeup code on your account, the box will be filled in automatically (as long as you're logged in), and you'll see the lesson prices reduced to zero. If you don’t see a code, that likely means one of these things:
- You don’t have any unused makeups on your account, or...
- Your makeup codes have expired (they expire 6 months after date of issue), or…
- You’re not actually logged in, or you’re logged in under a different email than the one we have on file.
First make sure you’re logged in correctly – then if you’re pretty certain you should have codes available, feel free to email us!
