UPLIGHTING
Uplighting consists of lights placed on the floor around the edges of a room, adding a colorful glow to walls and ceilings.
Prefer a little more pink? Maybe closer to a warm amber? A cool blue? We can tweak our colors to match flowers or anything else in your color scheme. In the photo above from a bridal fashion show hosted by The Knot here in Austin, we turned a plain white tent into a whimsical and romantic setting with some deep pink uplighting on the walls, and patterns from our moving lights on the ceiling.
What if you don’t want a ton of color, but you still want to dress up a room to make it feel more special?

This photo (above) from The Wildflower Center of Austin features some simple pale amber uplighting on brick, giving the room a dressy, special feel without overpowering the natural beauty of the brick walls.
The photo below shows a cool pink with a tinge of blue, taken at the W Hotel in downtown Austin.

This photo, from the LBJ Ballroom in San Marcos, TX, shows a beautiful cross between a pink and a red. Not too warm, not too cool, and the transformation of the simple gray walls was truly amazing.
